I’m a creative director and filmmaker with more than 20 years of experience building teams, shaping stories, and remaining deeply involved in making the work.

My work brings together writing, directing, cinematography, documentary production, editing, motion graphics, animation and creative strategy. I’ve led high-performing in-house teams, built production studios from the ground up, and helped companies like Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Oracle tell better stories at scale.

I love telling real stories and working with fascinating people from all walks of life. My favorite parts of the process are creating the trust and space for the story to emerge and shaping it into work that is authentic and compelling.

I’ve led multidisciplinary teams across editorial, video, motion, design and photography, setting creative direction, developing talent and staying closely involved in the work. I’m passionate about finding innovative ways to tell stories and empowering creative teams to do their best work.
